Our love of burlap.
OK, I know it's been in our decor for a while now and at first I thought it was going to be a short lived trend, but no. It is here to stay. And I am happy about that. I just love all the things you can do with it. It can stay primitive country or be glamed up to be very sophisticated. Used in every aspect of design these days. It seems that designers have embraced what we in the country have known all along. Burlap is awesome. So many uses. These are some random pictures I found on Pintetrest.com . If you have already seen them, enjoy again. I wish I could give the original location of each picture, but thank you to those who posted these first. It gives the rest of us inspiration.

My first attempt at making a little owl.
This last one is my version of the burlap rose & bud. My husband has been busy making frames and I have been embellishing them.
Thanks for stopping by and have a blessed day.

It is such a fun and homey fabric...love it here, too! The rosebuds are great!
